The main production area for Eternal Spring Tea is in Taiwan’s NanTou County. The tea’s most unique characteristic is its pleasing fragrance. The farmers named it after its charater to give off a continuous aroma after multiple infusions, like a scent of eternal spring. This middle elevation tea can be harvested up to five times per year. Si Ji Chun is very smooth and gentle on the body.
